Will of Evan Richard of Llangynfelyn, 1714

Abstract of will
The nuncupative will of Evan Richard, late of p. Llangynfelyn, dec. To his daughter Catherine, wife of Henry Hughes, 5s.; the residue to Eleanor his wife, and his and her children, provided that if either of them prove disobedient to their mother, she is at liberty to discard them, paying the offending child 20s., and neither he nor she to have any further benefit from this his will, which he declared in the presence of William Thomas and William Morris, 18 Sept. 1714. Probate granted to Eleanor, widow of the said Evan Richard, 30 November 1714.
